This Office Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the Internet Development Studio Company (“the Office” or “We”) and any individual or entity (“User” or “You”) utilizing the private workspace located at 1928 Pike Place, Suite 301, Seattle, Washington (“the Premises”). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions of using the Premises, and by entering the space, all Users agree to comply with the following guidelines to ensure the safety, comfort, and productivity of all occupants.
